Jeep® and Mopar have unveiled six new concept vehicles ahead of this year’s annual Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, UT. These new vehicles will be showcased at the 47th annual event, which takes place this weekend through March 31. Here’s a sneak preview of each, compete with features and Jeep accessories:
Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk
Highlights include:
- EcoDiesel V6 engine
- 35-inch Mickey Thompson tires
- 17-inch aluminum wheels
- Grand Cherokee SRT hood
- Modified front and rear fascias
- Non-metallic blood-orange paint
Jeep Wranger Mopar Recon
Highlights include:
- 6.4L HEMI V8 crate motor
- Dana 60 front and rear axles
- 4.10 gears
- 4.5-inch prototype long-arm lift kit
- 8-lug beadlock wheels
- 39-inch tires
- Modified “Stinger” bumpers
- Canvas soft top
Jeep Wrangler Stitch
Highlights include:
- Lightweight 3,000-pound curb weight (power-to-weight ratio similar to Grand Cherokee SRT)
- Custom carbon fiber hood
- Mopar cold air intake
- Mopar exhaust kit
- Mickey Thompson 35-inch off-road tires
- 17-inch aluminum wheels
- DynaTrac Pro Rock 44 axles with 4.88 gears
- ARB front and rear lockers
Jeep Wranger Sand Trooper II from Mopar
Highlights include:
- 5.7L HEMI V8 (375 horsepower and 400 ft.-lbs. of torque)
- Portal axles for added ground clearance
- Beadlock wheels with 40-inch tires
- Front and rear “shorty” off-road bumpers
- Warn winch
- Mopar flat fenders
Jeep Wrangler Flattop
Highlights include:
- Custom one-piece windowless hardtop
- Metallic Sandstone paint
- Chopped top and windshield
- Removed B-pillar
- Accented door hinges, tow hooks, headlamp surrounds, bumpers, side mirrors
- Custom high line fender flares
- Leather seating
Jeep Wranger Slim
Highlights include:
- 3.6L V6 engine
- Mopar cold air intake kit
- Mopar 2-inch lift kit
- 3.73 anti-spin axle
- 17-inch forged beadlock wheels
- 10th Anniversary Rubicon front bumper
- Lighweight rock rails
