Trick Flow Specialties Introduces New Race Carburetors
The airflow experts at Trick Flow have teamed up with Quick Fuel Technologies to produce four-barrel carburetors capable of feeding high-horsepower street and race engines.
Trick Flow® Street Heat™ Carburetor
This carburetor features a billet aluminum throttle body and metering blocks. Replaceable idle feed restrictors, power valve channel restrictions, and idle and high-speed air bleeds offer superior tunability. Other features include a 4-corner idle system, dual-sight glass 4500-style fuel bowls, and additional links to tune the secondary opening rate.
- 650 cfm
- Mechanical secondaries
- Downleg boosters
- Dual feed fuel inlets
- Solid-state electric choke
Trick Flow® Track Heat® (750 cfm) and Track Heat Pro (850 cfm) Carburetors
These carburetors feature a high-flow main body with a blended venture area to help smooth out airflow into the manifold. Trick Flow added screw-in idle air bleeds, high-speed air bleeds, and accelerator pump discharge nozzles for almost unlimited tunability. The CNC-machined billet metering blocks have 4-stage emulsion bleeds to provide more precise fuel metering, improve throttle response, and provide a more uniform fuel performance curve. Additional links to tune the secondary opening rate are included.
- Mechanical secondaries
- Downleg boosters
- Dual feed fuel inlets
- No choke
This Dominator-style carburetor features a new die-cast aluminum main body with a lengthened venturi section for greater midrange torque and better airflow. The annular booster venturis are precision die-cast with CNC-machined billet aluminum inserts. These provide a smoother and more refined air entry, stronger vacuum signal, less turbulence, and improved fuel emulsion for better combustion.
Other features include CNC-machined billet metering blocks with 3-circuit metering, changeable emulsion, idle feed, intermediate bowl, and feed discharge bleeds, and die-cast aluminum fuel bowls with dual sight glass holes. The external linkage comes with links for moderate progressive (25 percent), medium progressive (40 percent), full progressive (50 percent), and 1:1 primary throttle opening rates.
- 1,050 cfm
- Mechanical secondaries
- Annular discharge boosters
- Dual feed fuel inlets
- No choke
Trick Flow Headers by Stainless Works Now Available From Trick Flow Specialties
Flow is about more than just stuffing the most air and fuel into the engine as possible. In order to draw an air/fuel charge into the cylinder heads to burn and make horsepower, you also have to efficiently evacuate, or scavenge all the nasty stuff in the combustion chambers left over from burning the previous air/fuel charge.
That’s why the airflow experts at Trick Flow turned to the exhaust experts at Stainless Works for headers designed to complement the high-flow characteristics of Trick Flow’s cylinder heads. Made in the USA from 304L stainless steel, the Trick Flow by Stainless Works Headers feature CNC mandrel-bent tubing for maximum flow, plus extra-thick laser-cut 3/8 inch flanges for a leak-free fit. The headers are fully TIG-welded—no worries about tubes cracking at the flanges or collectors.
Trick Flow by Stainless Works headers for late model vehicles have high flow stainless steel catalytic converters to keep you legal. Trick Flow even offers headers for turbo applications. All headers come with a lifetime warranty.
