LAS VEGAS, NV. — Back in the day, you’d be able to walk the entire SEMA Show and be home by lunch.

That’s certainly not the case now as the show celebrates its 50th anniversary. SEMA officials kicked off its 50th show with the new products awards breakfast, honoring the top products in a variety of categories. To do so, a task force of SEMA members scoured the show floor and navigated through the largest amount of exhibitors in the show’s history—roughly 2,500 manufacturers.

The 2013 SEMA New Product Awards went to:

  • Best Collision Repair and Finish Product: 3M Body Protection System
  • Best Engineered New Product: Viking Performance Berserker ASM Active Shock Management
  • Best Exterior Accessory Product: Rigid Industries 2008-2010 Ford  F250/F350 Grille
  • Best Interior Accessory Product: Palmer Performance DashLogic
  • Best Merchandising Display: BedRug and BedTred for Jeep
  • Mobile Electronics Product: ESCORT Inc. Passport Max Radar Detector
