Larry Larson may have set a new street-legal world speed record, but Jeff Lutz earned the title of 2014 Hot Rod Drag Week champion in Unlimited class competition. By averaging 6.845 seconds and 212.13 miles-per-hour at the Drag Week’s five track stops, Lutz and his black 1957 Chevrolet Belair, “Evil Twin,” were able to edge out Doug Cline.
