MRT took a different approach to building a fast F-150, utilizing the proven 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost engine and pairing it with a Tremec Magnum 6-Speed manual transmission. This F-150 features many go-fast bits from the large capacity intercooler and refined boost mapping for the turbos to safety features like a roll cage and race seats with 5-point harnesses. To round out their unique approach to the F-150 an attractive two-tone paint set up was used with a yellow pinstripe to help make this truck really pop even when standing still.

The LEER Edition Outdoorsman Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew features attractive gloss blue paint with matte black accents both inside and out. It also boasts various power enhancing modifications along with chassis work to give it some serious off-road credentials. With a theme of “live larger” for this truck, the interior was modified with premium leather, plush floor mats, an earth-shaking sound system, and custom lighting.

The ROUSH Performance F-150 shreds the pavement with its supercharged 5.0L V8. ROUSH wanted to create a vehicle that fit between street truck and track support vehicle, so they made this truck capable of tearing up the streets, drag strip or even race track. The handling is improved from the performance suspension kit as well as aggressive Power Stop drilled and slotted rotors.

The CGS Performance Products F-150 is highlighted by substantial 24-inch wheels and air suspension system giving it a strong presence as well as a comfy ride. Many tasteful exterior mods converted this hard worker to a showstopper and its 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine features an exhaust and air intake kit to give it some attitude.

AIRDESIGN USA shows us their latest aftermarket items with a tasteful collection of sleekly designed trim pieces giving this F-150 a bold look. Designed with a strong and rugged appearance, these easy to install pieces make the truck look tough as nails while having the distinct pleasure of being one of the few customs seen at SEMA that can be completed relatively hassle-free in the convenience of your own driveway.

This truck couples a stout, supercharged 5.0L V8 with 24-inch wheels, meaty off-road Nitto tires, and a vicious black and red paint scheme. To round out any good SEMA show car this F-150 also features a full body kit by AIRDESIGN USA, Alea leather interior, custom lights and a 6-inch lift kit among other modifications. Truly a sight to behold, the Forgiato F-150 commands attention and respect.

The Galpin Auto Sports F-150 boasts wider fenders to allow the rig to run with super wide 20-inch wheels. Combine that with a coilover suspension setup and you have a truck that will carve canyons like no other!

The annual SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show in Las Vegas is typically a platform for automotive manufacturers to show off customized versions of their popular vehicles. For Ford, no vehicle has been more popular than its F-Series line of pickups—at least according to the numbers. The F-Series has been America’s best-selling truck for 38 years and its best-selling vehicle for 33 years.

To showcase the popular pick up, Ford will bring seven custom versions of its 2016 F0rd F-150 to next month’s SEMA Show. Scroll through the slideshow above for a preview of how folks like Roush Performance, Galpin Autosports, and others put their stamp on the truck.
