The Dodge Challenger will be available as an all-wheel-drive V6 called the “Challenger GT,” according to various auto news reports.

We haven’t gotten the official word from Dodge or Chrysler, but according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency website which lists vehicle fuel economy information, the 2017 Dodge Challenger GT will be an AWD V6 with a fuel economy rating of 18 city and 27 highway miles per gallon.

The real-wheel-drive version is rated for 19 city and 30 highway mpg.

Automotive News broke the story in early September, but it was unconfirmed until the EPA listed it on its fuel economy site.

Jalopnik spotted the update and wrote about it here.
