Every engine is rebuilt according the original manufacturer’s published standards, using parts that meet or exceed OE-quality. Each block and crankshaft is magnafluxed to identify any issues, and every cylinder head is fitted with new valves and pressure-tested before installation.
Each crankshaft is reground and polished, and all wear parts (bearings, rings, bushings, etc.) are replaced during the rebuild process. Reviva stands behind its work with a one-year, unlimited mileage warranty.

- Long Block Supreme
- Complete Drop-In
The Long Block engines are just that, a long block. You add the accessories and sensors.
Depending on the motor, Long Block Supreme engines include the appropriate sensors, oil rails, glow plugs, and injectors.
The Complete Drop-In engines come with practically everything you need to replace your old motor. These engines are also dyno-tested at Reviva’s facility and arrive ready-to-run.
