This may be our best look yet at the new Jeep Wrangler JL. More importantly, this particular test mule appears to carry Rubicon trim, as evidenced by the rock sliders under the door sills.
Up front you can plainly see the face of the new Wrangler JL. Key details are the integrated LED lights in the front fenders and a more svelte front bumper. Our favorite touch is the way the headlights encroach on the iconic 7-slot grille—a definite styling nod to the CJ-era Jeep.
These pictures also give us a good view of the JL’s LED headlights and taillights.
Jeep purists may want to breathe a sigh of relief as well—we think those are hinges below the windshield, meaning the Wrangler’s historic flip-down windshield will carry over for at least one more generation.
