About the 2018 Ford Mustang
Wearing an all-new front grille, Ford’s 2018 Mustang is the latest combatant in the muscle car wars. An evolution of the sixth generation design introduced for 2015, the new Mustang boasts refined style and a smattering of options and trim levels. The 2018 model also sports some Mustang firsts, including an optional all-digital gauge cluster and 10-speed automatic transmission.
Perhaps the most interesting footnote of the 2018 Ford Mustang is the lack of a six-cylinder engine. The only engine options Mustang buyers have are the 5.0L Coyote Modular V8 and the potent 2.3L EcoBoost® turbocharged four.
