Don Barry is the new president and CEO at Torrance, CA-based Edelbrock LLC.
Barry most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer of ISN, the world’s largest distributor of automotive tools. Before that, Barry served as president of The ACCEL Performance Group—which includes the ACCEL, Mr. Gasket, and Mallory brands.
Barry replaces outgoing president Steve Rogers who retired after taking the job in June 2017. Barry entered the automotive aftermarket industry under Dorman Products, Inc. as its Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and International.
“I’m very excited to be joining the Edelbrock team,” Barry said in a company news release. “Edelbrock is an iconic brand in the aftermarket industry and I look forward to leading Edelbrock’s growth into the future and being part of this historic company’s next phase.”
They are changing leadership almost as often as Donald Trump’s White House.
I just hope the quality of Edelbrock products remains the same. Welcome aboard. Please don’t change a thing. It’s perfect as it is. Remain an American company and we will keep buying your products.
With Vic Edelbrock gone, their quality will slip. They already take forever filling our orders, this is what happens when you bring in money folks who no nothing about the aftermarket car industry. These guys don’t have any passion for cars, they’re all just money hungry big wigs.
