Last year, Jeep teased us with some pics and details on its new Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer SUVs. And now they’re finally here.
Both SUVs feature three-row seating and will slot in at the premium level above the Grand Cherokee. These Jeeps will compete with SUVs like the Chevy Tahoe, Cadillac Escalade, and Lincoln Navigator, with the MSRP for a fully loaded Grand Wagoneer topping out at over $110,000.

But despite their luxury slant, each Wagoneer model is bringing the goods: The Jeep Wagoneer will carry a version of the 5.7L Hemi V8 good for 392 horsepower. The Grand Wagoneer steps up to a 6.4L making 471 horsepower. Both engines are paired to an eight-speed automatic. Jeep says, based on model and configuration, you’ll be able to tow up to 10,000 pounds.
In base trim, the Wagoneer is two-wheel drive, but several 4WD systems are optional—including Jeep’s Quadra-Drive II system with an electronically-controlled limited slip differential and a 48:1 crawl ratio.
The Jeeps are both body-on-frame designs, and Jeep reports up to 10 inches of ground clearance and the ability to ford up to 24 inches of water. The Wagoneer is fitted with skid plates to protect the axle, transfer case, fuel tank, and rear stabilizer bushing.

Like screens? You got ’em. In fact, Jeep says there’s almost 45 inches of screen space around the instrument panel alone.
Audiophiles will dig the fact that Jeep has an exclusive partnership with high-fidelity audio equipment manufacturer McIntosh to furnish the Wagoneers’ 1,375-watt sound system.
Availability
Jeep says early editions of both the 2022 Wagoneer and the 2022 Grand Wagoneer will be rolling into dealerships by this summer.
