After showing them off at the SEMA Show a while back, Edelbrock’s new Twin-Force Turbo kits for the Ford F-150 are now out in the wild.

These kits allow you to make some serious power with the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 in your 2017-20 Ford F-150 (including the Raptor), and you can do it in three distinct stages—so you can pick the best amount of performance you want for your particular truck.

But performance aside, we might be burying the lede here:

These kits are 50-state legal & tuned to run on 93 octane pump gas.

Get a good look at the distinctions between each Edelbrock Twin-Force turbo kit “stage” in the description below.

The party starts at Stage 1 (Part Number EDL-158331). It retains the turbos of the original Ford EcoBoost system, but gives you a large capacity intercooler, along with new intake tubing and a high-flow air filter for improved airflow within the OE turbo system. Edelbrock also includes a programmer module for a new ECU tune.

It’s a straightforward install and when tested on a 2020 3.5L H.O. EcoBoost V6 running 93 octane, this combo made 465 horsepower and 498 ft.-lbs. of torque. (If you’re following along at home, that’s close to a 100 hp bump from the stock setup.)

Things get more serious in Stage 2, because now, in addition to the new tubing and large intercooler, you’re also swapping in upgraded Garrett Turbochargers that improve upon the factory turbos’ airflow by a whopping 54 percent.

The Edelbrock Twin-Force Stage 2 kits come in two flavors: one includes a tuner/programmer module (EDL-158332) and one doesn’t (EDL-158330). That’s a handy distinction that’ll save you some money if you’ve already got a tuner—or the shop doing the install work does.

With the addition of the upgraded Garrett turbo housings, power in the Stage 2 kit jumps to 481 horsepower and 510 ft.-lbs. of torque.

Does your 3.5L EcoBoost have an itch that only 500 horsepower can scratch?

Well, the Edelbrock Twin-Force Stage 3 turbo kit (EDL-158333) is your new best friend. You get the large intercooler, intake tubing, and a set of high performance Garrett turbos.

But just as important, Edelbrock tosses in a booster module for the stock electric fuel pump to ensure your 3.5L EcoBoost won’t get thirsty. You’ll also receive a programmer/tuner with a special Stage 3 tune.

And yeah, in addition to those 500 ponies, the kit also boosts torque to an eye-watering 526 ft.-lbs.

Have fun.
