An air filter isn’t exactly the most glamourous part of an engine bay. But that doesn’t mean it can’t have a big impact on your engine’s reliability, performance, and yes, appearance.

Case in point: Green Filter Vibrant Color High Performance Air Filters

Green Filter has a well-earned reputation in the racing and motorsports communities thanks to the superior airflow characteristics of its high performance air filters.

But it’s not just about airflow here. Green Filter uses a deep-pleat, double-layer cotton design to create more filter surface area. The end result is a 10 to 15 percent increase in surface area. That not only improves airflow, it allows the filter to trap dirt and other particles as small as 5 microns.

The filter element is encased in steel mesh for strength and dent resistance. What’s more, the filter element oil creates a positive magnetic charge with steel mesh to attract negatively charged particles. The particles cling to the mesh, keeping the element cleaner for maximum airflow. Your engine will breathe a whole lot easier without sucking in a bunch of nasty grit.

The Vibrant Color Air Filters come in your choice of black, red, blue, and yellow as well as green. They are available as universal-fit filters in a variety of sizes or as OEM replacements for 2005-22 Mustangs with V6 and V8 engines.

You can also get Green Filter OEM replacement air filters and valve cover breathers. Same great filtering and airflow as the Vibrant Color filters, but in green only.
