Want to liven-up the classic Ford hanging out in your garage? A new Aldan American Road Comp or Track Comp coilover kit is a good way to do it.

It’s no secret that there have been quantum leaps in suspension technology since many of these cars debuted over 50 years ago, so the simple addition of a set of coilovers can completely transform the way your classic Blue Oval drives.

These kits are completely made-in-the-USA and replace your stock shocks and springs up front with ride height-adjustable coilover shocks—up to two inches of adjustability.

The nitrogen gas-charged shocks have multiple valving settings so you can fine-tune your ride and handling. Set the shocks for a comfortable ride to the track, stiffen them up for racing, then reset them for the ride home. The Road Comp kits come with single-adjustable shocks while the Track Comp kits have double-adjustable shocks.

The springs are made from high-tensile, chrome silicon steel and the coilover shocks are factory-serviceable and rebuildable for greatly extended shock life.

Aldan designed the coilovers to fit in the OEM shock and spring mounting locations to maintain the factory suspension geometry and make installation a snap. Better yet, the front coilovers work with factory or aftermarket control arms and drop spindles.
