BRADENTON, FL — Cleetus McFarland knows how to put on a show.

His highly entertaining YouTube channel follows Cleetus’ adventures piloting his jet boat, helicopter, ripsaw tank, RC cars, and some four-wheeled rockets named Leroy, Donnie, or Mullet.

If you prefer live entertainment, The Freedom Factory, Cleetus’ own race track, hosts incredible events such as 2.4 Hours of LeMullets, Danger Ranger and the Summit Racing Equipment-sponsored Freedom 500—all streamed on his very own livestream platform, FRDM+.

The Summit Racing Equipment Freedom 500 is one of the original events held at the Freedom Factory, and the show gets bigger and more unpredictable each year. That’s what happens when you bring together some of the biggest YouTubers, social media influencers, and personalities from the world of motorsports. Add in 100 laps of nitrous-fed Crown Vics, minivans jumping 129 feet in the air, exploding pace cars, and a C8 Corvette or Mercedes Sprinter Van (winner’s choice) as the event prize, and you had the recipe for the best Freedom 500 ever.

The 2025 version of the event featured drivers like Michael Waltrip, Greg Biffle, Corey LaJoie, Brian Deegan, and host of YouTube and social media influencers. When the checkered flag came out, though, it was Travis Pastrana taking home the win—and the C8 Corvette.

More specifically, a C8 Corvette with a very, very custom paint job.
