It’s circled on pretty much every off-roader’s calendar: the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah—the annual event that brings us the reveal of Jeep’s newest concept vehicles.

In the past, we’ve seen Jeep make a restomod Jeepster, throwback-styled Scrambler, and even a Renegade-based pickup truck.

So, what’d Jeep bring to the party this year? Let’s dive in and see.

Jeep Wrangler Magneto 2.0

(Image/Stellantis)

We took an in-depth look at Magento, Jeep’s all-electric Wrangler, when we first saw it last year. But now it’s back in a 2.0 release. For starters, Magento’s got a lot more juice this time—over double the peak amperage of the earlier powertrain. That translates into 850 lb.-ft. of instant torque and 625 horsepower, a significant improvement over the original. Better still, Magneto 2.0 keeps its manual gearbox, hooray!

Jeep Bob

(Image/Stellantis)

Sort of a fusion between a Wrangler and a Gladiator, the Jeep Bob concept has a trimmed bed to reduce the off-roader’s rear overhang. The B-pillars are gone, along with the doors, to create an open-air passenger cab outfitted with a custom, perforated top. Under the hood rests Jeep’s 3.0L Eco-Diesel.

Jeep should totally build this one.

Jeep ’41

In a clear nod to its World War II origin story, Jeep unveiled this ’41 concept. In addition to those tasty fifteen52 wheels, the ’41 wears a custom decal package from Jeep’s new Graphics Studio. The half doors are a nice touch here, as is the tan soft top. It is propelled by Jeep’s hybrid 4xe powertrain, which is essentially two electric motors, a high-voltage battery pack, and 2.0L turbo four cylinder gas engine.

Jeep Birdcage

No roof, no windshield, just a whole lot of space—the Jeep Birdcage cranks the “open concept” knob to 11 here. In addition to its unique cage, the Jeep features a nifty cargo basket, a fold-out tailgate table, and plenty of hooks and storage options. The Birdcage also wears 37 inch beadlocks and a custom front skidplate with support bars. And it’s powered by Jeep’s 4xe plug-in hybrid powertrain too.

Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary

(Image/Stellantis)

If anything, this concept was a reminder that the legendary Rubicon trim has been around for 20 years now. (Spoiler alert, we’re old.) Equipped with a fire-breathing 392 Hemi V8, this Rubicon 20th Anniversary concept boasts a two-inch lift to accommodate its 37 inch tires. It’s also got an active exhaust that lets you switch between a “wild” and “outrageous” exhaust note, which we’re sure will make the neighbors happy.

Jeep D-Coder

Fitted with tube doors, cargo basket, Warn winch, snorkel, lift kit, and a big wheel/tire package, the D-Coder is essentially a rolling off-road parts catalog. Powered by the trusty 3.6L Pentastar, the D-Coder gets a bit more grunt thanks to a Mopar Performance cat-back exhaust system. Oh, and those are legit beadlocks on those BFG KM3s.

And that’s a wrap. Now, let’s start the countdown for next year’s Easter Jeep Safari concept vehicle reveal!
