Editor’s Note: The year 2013 gave us the C7 Chevrolet Corvette and took from us performance legends like Dean Jeffries and Stu Hilborn. We had a light-hearted look at the half-dozen Fast and Furious movies and got serious with dozens and dozens of new tech articles and how-tos. We even put a hot rodder’s spin on March Madness and Fantasy Football. All told, there were over 550 new articles from OnAllCylinders in 2013.

Winners were decided by your votes. Some of us really wanted the 1964 Plymouth Belvedere to win because we love underdogs and Cinderella stories. You guys had other ideas.

Because we operate in Magical Fairytale Land sometimes to compensate for life in the suburbs and business-casual office attire, we introduced Fantasy Garage this year. The premise was simple: You can fill your garage with six different types of vehicles: Street Rod/Classic, Classic Muscle, Truck/SUV/Jeep, Late Model Muscle, Powersports, and Daily Driver. The Fantasy Garage. We liked it. You liked it. We should totally organize an imaginary cruise-in to show off our imaginary cars.
