Summit Racing’s QuadraDeuce—the world’s first all-wheel-drive 1932 roadster which the company built in 1995—is for sale at auction at eBay Motors.
The auction went live July 30 and will run through August 9.
Troy Trepanier, owner of Manteno, IL-based Rad Rides by Troy, reworked the innovative ’32 Ford in 2000. The QuadraDeuce is powered by an all-aluminum 406 cubic-inch EFI small block Chevy built by John Lingenfelter. The car makes about 596 horsepower and about 450 foot-pounds of torque.
It features a Rossler TH-700R-4 transmission, a front differential with 3.43 gears from a GMC Syclone pickup, and a Corvette ZR-1 rear differential with 3.73 gears, and a GMC Syclone transfer case, according to Jim Greenleaf, Summit Racing’s Motorsports and Events Manager.
Other features include:
- Custom A-arm front suspension and coil-over four-link rear suspension
- Baer four-wheel disc brakes
- COMP Cams solid-roller camshaft with 18-degree ported and polished Chevy Bowtie heads
- PPG Smoke Charcoal Silver/Wild Cherry paint
- Custom leather interior
- One-off 18- and 20-inch Billet Specialties wheels, BFGoodrich g-Force tires
The QuadraDeuce has spunk. Car & Driver once clocked the car’s 0-60 time at 3.2 seconds.

Man, I really love this one, I love the fact that an all wheel drive can be built in this era of automobiles… Well, I’m into the automotive trade as well… I design wheels for a hobby because that’s how much I love rolling art such as this quadraduece AWD 32. As I am also into this sport, I also have two projects of trucks that I would like to build. A 1940, & a 1950 pickups based on the Chevrolet models. If there are any potential prospects or persons that would like to built these two projects that I have I my head, please fell free to inquire about these two project that I have in my mind with one of my wheel designs, call me so we can get busy and bring out another side of this sport, feel free to call me @ 480-319-2534.
I have nothing to reply to but my previous comments, & I hope to get these rolling projects out to the public asap…
