We’ve been known to share spy shots of in-development vehicles from time to time.

This time around we’ve got spy photos of something that’ll be packed with more go-fast parts and high performance know-how than anything you’ve ever seen—we promise. These are brand new under-construction images of Summit Racing Equipment’s massive new warehouse and retail facility in Arlington, TX. Summit Racing officials announced plans for the new location last year, and it looks to be nearing the finish line.

According to company officials, the new facility will officially open its doors in late September. Once the company begins shipping from the new location—it’s in the process of adding inventory to the warehouse—Summit Racing will be able to offer customers in most of Texas and adjacent states one-day delivery on orders for in-stock parts.

“Summit Racing is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, and that includes fast shipping and delivery,” said Nan Gelhard, Summit Racing Advertising and PR Manager, in a press release. “With the addition of our Texas facility, we will have four Distribution Centers. We will be able to deliver parts to more customers in the continental U.S. in just one to two days.”

The massive retail store will have 32,000 square feet of display space for parts, tools, and accessories for racing, street performance, trucks and off-road vehicles, restoration, late model vehicles, and more. The store, located at the southwest corner of Interstate 20 and State Route 360, will also allow customers to talk directly with tech advisers about their projects and pick up online orders in-person.

So what’s the exact opening date?

That hasn’t been announced. But the building has now been deemed worthy enough to wear a Summit logo.

And that’s got to count for something, right?
