At the 2017 SEMA Show, Trick Flow pulled the wraps off its newest product, the PowerPort® 190 Cylinder Head for Small Block Mopar.
This is big news for Mopar fans, because it’s the first time Trick Flow has ever made a cylinder head for Chrysler’s small block V8.
The PowerPort 190 heads are a direct bolt-on for all non-emissions 1967-91 Chrysler 318, 340, and 360 LA-series engines. The aluminum heads have enhanced intake runners to increase airflow speed, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment. The treatment combines premium quality CNC-machining with a standard resolution finish that‘s optimized for making more power.
But don’t take our word for it—we caught up with Mike Downs from Trick Flow Specialties during the 2017 SEMA show.
Downs gave us details on this new cylinder head, check it out here:
The heads will be available as both bare castings, and fully assembled. Trick Flow expects to have them on sale early next year.
